This is not a hotel but rather a bed and breakfast. The room was small and the bathroom had a tiny shower with plenty of pink stains. There is no food after breakfast but frozen pizza and no restaurants within walking distance. I’m not sure what the “spa” means as we didn’t receive any information about their services upon arrival. Do not use this “hotel” unless you are travelling by car.

Amazing place with a incredible sea views, and very friendly staff. The only question to improve, to have a restaurant for customers in the hotel (All the restaurats are far away and you need car)

Muy caro . El masaje ha sido pésimo igual que la atención. No hemos estado nada agusto . Si que es un sitio muy tranquilo pero en el spa hemos tenido problemas ya que la sauna no iba . Y la masajista que nos ha dado el masaje lamentable . Hablaba mucho cuando en un masaje la primera que tiene que está callada es ella y no ha parado de despitarse en el masaje . No nos ha gustado nada como nos han tratado. Instalación muy mala también . Me esperaba más por el importe que hemos pagado . Muy poco detallistas . Lo único que tiene de bueno son las visitas.

HOTEL GAMETXO: Pésimo hotel en un entorno idílico. Escasa relación calidad precio, porque es un hotel de 120€ la noche con una calidad muy por debajo de hoteles de 50 € la noche. Por destacar lo positivo: amabilidad en recepción y parking gratuito, además del entorno espectacular alrededor del hotel. Y lo negativo la falta de limpieza en general, un desayuno muy mediocre y lo obsoleto de las instalaciones. No hay buena cobertura móvil y el Wi-Fi del hotel funciona bastante mal. Además el spa es bastante antiguo y de las dos duchas solo funcionaba una y el jacuzzi costaba ponerlo en marcha porque tenía un botón que no funcionaba adecuadamente. Cuentan con una placa de Calidad Turística caducada hace bastante tiempo, refleja que tienen todavía mucha tarea para volver a recuperar esa calidad que en algún momento tuvo.

Las vistas del hotel son espectaculares. El spa privado lo que hace la estancia muy agradable. La limpieza bastante justa, cuando llegamos había alguna cosa que sale de la nariz pegada a la pared, puedo entender que haya gente poco considerada pero no que en dos días no sé limpien esas cosas (bastante desagradables). Por otro lado el desayuno es óptimo, sin embargo, a diferencia de los demas empleados (los cuales eran muy agradables) había una camarera un poco borde, he ido a pedir los cubiertos y los vasos para poder desayunar y me ha dicho de malas formas que no estaba puesto porque nos habíamos sentado sin que la diera tiempo a recoger la mesa, perfecto entiendo que igual tendríamos que haber esperado, pero las formas han dejado bastante que desear y en lo que hemos tardado en desayunar ha hablado igual de mal a otros huéspedes,en fin hay gente que no tendría que trabajar cara al público. En general para la calidad, excepto las vistas y el spa caro.

Gran vista
Pasemos solo la noche la habitación estaba muy cómoda. Le faltaba algo de mantenimiento a la ducha del baño.
El tema fue como llegar, el navegador nos llevó por detrás por un camino que cada vez estaba menos señalizado y que en la noche parecía que llevaba a la nada.
Igual el hotel está alejado pero el camino que va por el frente es mejor. Y la vista del mar es fantástica.
